If you don't need staging but have a home or rental sitting vacant, consider our monthly vacant home maintenance cleanings. This service is perfect for the busy agent or property manager who doesn't always have time to do light cleaning prior to a showing.

Rates and Information

Basic Staging Package

Basic service package: Includes living room, breakfast nook, accessories for the bathroom, kitchen and home. Our rates are as follows:

Basic Service Month to Month - $275
Basic Service 3+ Months - $225
$125 delivery/pick up fee
$75 staging fee

Full Service Staging Package

Full service package: Includes living room, breakfast nook, one additional room of your choice, accessories for the kitchen, bathroom and home and monthly light cleaning* of staged areas. Our rates are as follows:

Full Service Month to Month $475 - $600
Full Service 3+ Months - $400 - $550
$125 delivery/pick up fee
$75 staging fee

Open House Staging – 10 Day Rental

Basic Open House Staging

Basic service package: includes living room, breakfast nook, accessories for the bathroom, kitchen and home.

$150 per 10 days
$75 staging fee
$125 delivery/pick-up fee

Full Service Open House Staging

Full service package: includes living room, breakfast nook, one additional room of your choice, accessories for the kitchen, bathroom and home and light cleaning* of staged areas.

$250 per 10 days
$100 staging fee
$125 delivery/pick-up fee

Vacant Home Maintenance Cleanings

Monthly Cleaning

Includes: Vacuuming, dusting, removing cobwebs, cleaning bathrooms, floors, front door entry sweeping and light debris pick-up around front door entry.

$50 per month (2 hours)
Addition time $25 per hour

* Light Cleaning includes vacuuming of staged area, light dusting, cleaning of surfaces, sinks and guest bathroom/master (if staged) and entry.

Terms: Monthly rental -7 day notification required prior to rental pick-up. Additional delivery charges apply for out of area rentals. Inventory based on availability. Open house rental is based on 10 consecutive days with a Friday delivery and a Monday pick up. Applicable tax applies to all rental charges. Monthly cleanings for vacant homes only and do not include move out cleans or initial cleans, these are considered maintenance cleaning only. Pricing subject to change.
